Campbell Street Sans Souci
A two storey contemporary Medium Density Housing consisting of five dwellings and basement parking, incorporating an external accessible lift from the basement parking and an adaptable housing unit.
This project incorporates 5 attached townhouses each with living on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and study on the first floor and basement parking. Parking area included storage, bike parking and a car washing parking space.
The design allows for 2 street frontage dwellings, basement access from the secondary street frontage and 3 attached dwellings each with court yards and generous common landscaped grounds. The project also considered firefighting aspect and accessibility from the public domain and an OSD for stormwater management.
The project was completed in late 2020 after an 18-month construction period.
