Completed in 2020, the development is a contemporary two storey home. The façade uses a combination of elements consisting of wood siding, exposed brickwork and a hip metal roof. Inside, the ground floor consists of all the common areas with sufficient private open space and the first floor includes four bedrooms plus a TV room. The interior walls are finished with white tones and spotted gum flooring for a fresh clean appearance.
