Floss Street Hurlstone Park

The design brief was to develop a set of DA ready plans including street perspective for 6 Terrance style dwellings with basement parking. The proposed design incorporated a combination of traditional and contemporary design elements consisting of a wrought iron balustrade, face brickwork, pitched tiled roof and end gable finials.

The proposed project was complimented by the 2 street frontages of the site with each Terrace house consisted of living space on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor with open basement parking.
